England - League Cup

Crystal Palace VS Machester City :

Manchester City moved into the third round English League Cup 2-0 win over the Crystal Palace. This victory marked the debut of Carlos Tevez goals and Joleon Lescott's first appearance.
City own goal five minutes newborn entered the second half. Stephen Ireland handed the ball to Shawn Wright-Phillips who then managed to send the skin over the rounded goalkeeper Julian Speroni.

The victory finally confirmed on 71 minutes when Tevez went on the ball kicked by Wright-Phillips's corner kick to change the score to 2-0. Afterward Tevez had another chance this time despite brisk Speroni blocked.

Thanks to the victory, the City advanced to the third round Carling Cup

Doncaster Rovers VS Tottenham Hotspur :

Tottenham Hotspur smoothly into the third round Carling League Cup after silencing Doncaster Rovers 5-1. While other Premier League club, Wigan Athletic, has had to eliminated.

Spurs opened the victory over Tom Huddlestone scored at minute 9. Two minutes later Jamie O'Hara managed to duplicate the position for the Spurs to 2-0, using a feedback from David Bentley.

Peter Couch made the score became 3-0 after he went on Bentley's corner in football to 37 minutes. On 52 minutes Bentley's turn to make the standings leader's Premier League 4-0 lead.

Doncaster could minimize theis lost when Martin Woods Spurs goal from the spot on 61 minutes. But the Spurs were still pressing and Roman Pavlyuchenko to ensure their victory 5-1.

Spurs step into the third round failed to be followed by the other Premier League club, Wigan. They are helpless when conquered by the Championship club, Blackpool, with the score 4-1.

Another Premier League club, Stoke City, must work hard to beat Leyton Orient through Dave Kitson scored on a single renewal period of time.
